Description

Dux traps are an essential element to the plumbing of every bathroom and kitchen. They are suitable for connection to polypropylene, unplasticised PVC pipe and copper tube.

Traps are designed to maintain a waterseal under normal operating conditions. This waterseal prevents the foul air from the main sewer line entering the building.

Dux traps are polypropylene, a durable material offering rigidity and strength retention at high temperatures. They can be sterilised by steam and in the absence of stress withstand up to 150°C. Polypropylene’s excellent chemical resistance characteristics make them ideal for domestic waste systems as well as hospitals, laboratories, food processing factories and most industrial and commercial applications.
